EGL announces to the general investing public of the following changes in its Directorship.
1. Cleland C. Bruce Jnr. has resigned as a Director; and
2. Michael Tyson has been appointed as a Director.
Mr. Tyson who was appointed Group Chief Finance Officer in May 2020 was previously Head of Finance in Enterprise Life since 2016. He is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds a degree in Strategic Business Management.
