EBG announces to the investing public that the Board of Directors of Ecobank Ghana Limited (EBG) at its 110th Meeting held on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 appointed Mr. Ernest Thompson to serve on the Board.
The appointment will be ratified at the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank.
Mr. Thompson was nominated by the parent Company, Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI).
Mr. Thompson, a lawyer by profession, is the acting Director- General of Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT).
