Final Dividend
TBL announces that the Bank’s Directors will be recommending to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the payment of a final dividend of Forty (40) bututs per share for the 2015 financial year (Exchange rate is Dalasis 42.85 to $1).
Qualifying Date
All shareholders registered in the books of TBL at the close of business on Monday, 2nd May, 2016 will qualify for the final dividend of Forty (40) bututs per share.
Closure of Register
The register of shareholders will be closed on Tuesday, 3rd May 2016.
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Thursday, 28th April, 2016. Consequently, an investor purchasing TBL shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying TBL shares on or after this date will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend of Forty (40) bututs per share will be paid on Thursday, 12th May, 2016.
