Final Dividend
EBG announces that the Company’s Directors will be recommending to shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting the payment of a final dividend of GH¢0.79 per share in respect of the 2014 financial year.
Qualifying Date
All shareholders registered in the books of EBG at the close of business on Monday, 27th April, 2015 will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Tuesday, 28th April, 2015 to Wednesday, 6th May, 2015 (both dates inclusive).
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Thursday, 23rd April, 2015. Consequently, an investor purchasing EBG shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying EBG shares on or after Thursday, 23rd April, 2015 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend payment date
The final dividend will be paid on Thursday, 21st May, 2015.
Annual General Meeting
EBG’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the College of Physicians & Surgeons on Thursday, 7th May, 2015.
