Final Dividend
TBL has announced a final dividend of 50 bututs or 0.50 Dalasis per share for the 2010 financial year. (The exchange rate is DALASIS 28.80 to USD$1).
Qualifying Date
All shareholders registered in the books of TBL at the close of business on Thursday 28th April 2011 will qualify for the final dividend of fifty (50) bututs per share.
Closure of Register
The register of shareholders will be closed on Friday 29th April 2011.
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as 26th April 2011. Consequently, an investor purchasing TBL shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying TBL shares on or after 26th April, 2011 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend of fifty (50) bututs per share will be paid on 4th May, 2011.
