PR. 100/2011 CAL-REAPPOINTMENTS OF RETIRING DIRECTOR S AND APPOINTMENTS OF NEW DIRECTORS

CAL has announced that at the Annual General Meeting of the Bank held on March 31, 2011, Messrs. Kobina Quansah and Malcolmn Pryor retired by rotation and, being eligible, were re-appointed as directors of the Bank

At the same meeting, Messrs. Philip Owiredu and Ernest Benjamin Kakra Essamuah were appointed as directors of the Bank.
