EGL has announced that the Company’s 2nd Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 17th May, 2012. The venue is the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons at 10:30 am to transact the following business:

1. To receive the Report of the Directors and the Financial Statements together with the Report of the Auditors thereon for the year ended December 31, 2011.
2. To re-elect retiring Directors.
3. To authorize the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.
4. To approve Directors’ Remuneration.
