Final Dividend
SOGEGH announces that the Company’s Directors will be recommending to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the payment of a final dividend of GH¢0.040 per share for the 2018 financial year.
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of SOGEGH at the close of business on Wednesday, March 26, 2019 will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Wednesday, March 27, to Thursday, March 28, 2019 (both dates inclusive).
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Friday, March 22, 2019. Consequently, an investor purchasing SOGEGH shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying SOGEGH shares on or after Friday, March 22, 2019 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend will be paid on Tuesday, May 28, 2019.
Annual General Meeting
SOGEGH announces that the Bank’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the Alisa Hotel, Ridge at 11.00 am
