RBGH announces to the general investing public that Dr. David Dulal-Whiteway resigned from the Board of Republic Bank (Ghana) PLC with effect from 28th February 2021. His resignation is as a result of his taking on an appointment as Board Chairman in a competitor Bank in Trinidad &Tobago.
