AGA announces an increase in its share capital.
The issued ordinary shares of AGA increased to 405,482,089 as at January 31, 2016. This was as a result of the issue and listing of additional ordinary shares over the period on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa.
The issued shares are as detailed below:
AGA Share Incentive Scheme (January 2016) – 216,774 ordinary shares
By this arrangement, AGA share capital has also been increased to 49,814,647,642.36 South African Rand.
