AGA has announced an increase in its share capital.
The issued ordinary shares of AGA increased to 383,329,791 as at January 31, 2013. This was as a result of the issue and listing of additional ordinary shares in January 2013 on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa.
The issued shares are as detailed below:
AGA Share Incentive Scheme (January 2013) – 8,443 ordinary shares
Bokamoso ESOP Trust (January 2013) – 386 ordinary shares
By this arrangement, AGA share capital has also been increased to 46,608,757,528.83 South African Rand.
