GGBL has announced that Ms. Leanne Wood and Mr. Thomas Arie De Man have resigned from the Board of Directors of the company effective February 2, 2011.
The company has also announced the resignation of Mr. K. Sarfo Mensah from the Board of Directors of the company with effect from February 10, 2011.
