AGA has announced an increase in its share capital.
The issued ordinary shares of AGA increased from 382,242,343 as at December 31, 2011 to 382,254,147 as at January 31, 2012. This was as a result of the issue and listing of additional ordinary shares in January, 2012 on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa.
By this arrangement, AGA share capital has also been increased from 46,225,781,350.95 South African Rand to 46,229,692,033.16 South African Rand at January 31, 2012.
The shares were issued pursuant to: AGA Share Incentive Scheme (January 2012) – 10,706 ordinary shares and Bokamoso ESOP Trust (January 2012) – 1,098 ordinary shares.
