GGBL has announced that Mr. Zooullis Mina has resigned as a director of the company effective January 31, 2012.
The Board of Directors of GGBL has appointed Mr. Didier Leleu to replace Mr. Mina effective January 31, 2012.
Mr. Didier Francis Martial Leleu is the Financial Director for Heineken’s Africa and Middle East Operations. Prior to this he worked as the Finance Director for Heineken France from 2003 to 2012. He has worked in senior finance positions with the United Biscuits’ Northern Europe business, Warner Lambert’s French operating company, the animal health business of American Home Product Corporation’s Europe operation and the French Animal Health subsidiary of Solvay Pharma. He is a graduate of the French Business School.
