IC Securities (Ghana) Limited and EDC Stockbrokers Limited, the managers’ of the Ecobank Ghana Limited (EBG) Rights Issue have released the attached announcement for the information of the general public.
As a result of the Rights Issue, EBG’s Issued Ordinary Shares has gone up from 201,531,250 to 230,128,372.
