Databank Brokerage Ltd, the Lead Manager’s of the MAC ‘s Rights Issue and Private Placement  announces that the Securities and Exchange Commission has granted the company an extension of the offer period which was supposed to have ended Monday, 23rd November, 2015 to Thursday, 3rd December, 2015.
