SWL has announced that at a meeting of its Board of Directors held on January 21, 2010, the Board appointed Ms. Nana Abaahoma Woode as the Acting CEO of Sam-Woode Ltd. Her appointment took effect from February 01, 2010, and she replaces Mr. Kwesi Sam-Woode who is on leave prior to retirement.
