The Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) announces for the information of the general investing public that, SWL has submitted its outstanding 2019 and 2020 Audited Financial Statements as per the attached.
SWL had fallen behind in its regulatory compliance at the GSE.
The Company is committed to honour its voluntary de-listing obligations in line with the Exchange’s Rules.
