Results
CPC has released its audited Financial Statements for the year ended September 30, 2012 as per the attached.
The company also announces that, on the advice of their External Auditors and approved by the Ghana Revenue Authority, CPC has adopted the United States Dollars (USD) as its functional and reporting currency.
This change in presentation has largely accounted for the delay in submitting the Financial Statements.
Annual General Meeting
The company’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 27th June, 2013 at the Accra International Conference Centre, at 10:am.
