Interim Dividend
MTNGH announces an Interim Dividend of Two (2) Ghana Pesewas (GHS 0.02) per share for the 2018 financial year.
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of MTNGH at the close of business on Friday, 9 th November, 2018 will qualify for the interim dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed on Monday, 12 November 2018 – Thursday, 15 November 2018. (All dates inclusive)
Ex-Dividend Date
The ex-dividend date has been set as Wednesday, 7th November, 2018. Consequently, an investor purchasing MTNGH shares before this date will be entitled to the interim dividend. However, an investor buying MTNGH shares on or after this date will not be entitled to the interim dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The interim dividend will be paid on Wednesday, 21st November, 2018.
