MLC announces the following changes to the composition of its Board:
1. The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Terence Ronald Darko as Chairman of the Board with effect from July 1, 2018.
2. The Board has also approved the appointment of Mrs. Kalysta Darko-O’Kell as Managing Director with effect from July 1, 2018.
