Interim Dividend
SPL announces an Interim Dividend of GH¢0.001 per share in respect of the 2016 financial year.
Qualifying date
Members registered in the books of SPL at the close of business on Tuesday,January 31, 2017 will qualify for the interim dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed on Wednesday, February 1, 2017.
Ex-Dividend Date
The ex-dividend date has been set as Friday, January 27, 2017. Consequently, an investor purchasing SPL shares before this date will be entitled to the interim dividend. However, an investor buying SPL shares on or after Friday, January 27, 2017 will not be entitled to the interim dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The interim dividend will be paid on Tuesday, February 28, 2017.
