Final Dividend
MLC has announced that the Company’s Directors will be recommending to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the payment of a final dividend of GH¢0.010 per share in respect of the 2013 financial year.
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of MLC at the close of business on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 will qualify for the dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Thursday, June 26, 2014 to Friday, June 28, 2013 (both dates inclusive).
Ex-Dividend Date
The ex-dividend date has been set as Monday, June 23, 2014. Consequently, an investor purchasing MLC shares before this date will be entitled to the dividend. However, an investor buying MLC shares on or after Monday, June 23, 2014 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The dividend will be paid from Monday, July 21, 2014.
