AGA has listed an additional 18,174,008 ordinary shares, bringing the total number of listed shares from 362,792,069 as at August 31, 2010 to 380,966,077 as at September 30, 2010. This was as a result of the issue and listing of additional ordinary shares in September 2010 on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa.
The shares were issued under the AGA Share Incentive Scheme and the company’s recent equity offer.
