As per the 2011 Annual Report received from TRANSOL, the company’s AGM which is scheduled for Friday, August 10, 2012 will be held at Kama Conference Centre, Labone Junction, Accra at 10am to transact the following business:

1. To receive and adopt the reports of the directors, Auditors and the Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December, 2011.
2. To approve the remuneration of the Directors.
3. To authorize the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.
